Easter Basket Ideas

Spring is here and Easter is just around the corner! One of my favorite holidays. Our Easter morning consists of eating a yummy crepe breakfast, looking out in the backyard for our Easter eggs and baskets, then heading off to church to focus on and learn more about our Savior. We always go to a handful of Easter egg hunts throughout the week. Such good times that I look forward to every year! Not to mention the weather is fabulous and we are the happiest when we are outside!

For today’s post I’ve rounded up some really cute and fun items to fill up your Easter basket this year. There is still time to order these and have them ship just in time! All of these toys and candy are sure to put a smile on your little one’s face for Easter.

First off, these Easter baskets and liners from Pottery barn are the absolute best! It is quite an investment upfront, but they are such good quality and will last forever. I absolutely love the ones I had customized for my girls!

I love getting my kids outdoor toys for Easter. The weather is finally nice enough to be outside! I found this cute mini frisbee golf set that is such a great price. Also how adorable is the crab velcro ball game from Melissa and Doug?! I love everything they create. Can’t go wrong with cute Easter egg sidewalk chalk either. If you’re wanting to save some money, I found a similar version of this chalk from the Dollar Tree for, you guessed it, $1!

Jump ropes, kickballs, and itty bitty baby swimming pools. All the nostalgia from when I was a little girl. I truly love all the bright and happy colors that spring brings.

Play-Doh is always lots of fun. Confetti Play-Doh is even MORE fun! Such a great way to add some fun speckles to a bright and happy Easter basket.

Llama Llama books are very popular at our house so this Easter Llama Llama book is the perfect addition to our collection! The cutest illustrations make up this happy board book.

My girls absolutely love Hatchimals. We’ve never dared pay 40+ dollars for the big Hatchimals that seems like a waste of money IMO but these small packs are still super cute and perfect for Easter! I’m dying over this Hatchimals CollEGGtible basket!

Easter treats are the cutest, right? Also I would argue that Reese’s peanut eggs are way better than normal Reese’s. Anyone else agree? Between all the Easter egg hunts and grandparents handing out so much candy, my kids get SO MUCH SUGAR on Easter. I have a hard time watching my kids eat lots of sugar, but that doesn’t mean I want to deprive them of the fun that finding Easter candy in their basket will bring! These are my top picks for Easter candy. So much cuteness!

I’m so excited for Easter! One of my top 3 favorite holidays, for sure. I hope it’s a very “hoppy” Easter for you and your family and that you enjoy all of these fun toys and candy.
